Maintenance software

Work orders, assets, and parts.

This is the maintenance system. An asset has a history, a work order is opened against it, the parts are on the shelf, and the purchase order refills that shelf. A job that stalls is the expensive part.

01

Assets

Equipment, the model it is, the area it sits in, and a label. The history stays on the asset.

02

Work orders

A job opened against that asset, assigned to a technician, and closed when the work is done.

03

Parts

Stock with a unit and a minimum. Below the minimum is visible before the job stops for a missing part.

04

Purchasing

Purchase orders, suppliers, and shipments. An order that sits too long shows up as ageing, not as a surprise.

The record stops the repeat. What was done, and what is still open, so the next shift does not start the same job again.

  • Reports Stock value, dead stock, coverage, and open orders
  • Suppliers stay attached to what they sold
  • Technicians are who the work order is given to
